The hotel was very nice overall in a great location. The breakfast was ok too. The downsides were - the room was cold and the small electric heater was struggling to warm it up. There were some short blackouts too, so that didn't help with the heating. Finally - windows were directly to noisy public area, but that queted down around 23:00.

Para resumir intentaron estafarnos y lo lograron, pero además nos trataron muy mal, a continuación cuento nuestra experiencia. Llegamos e intentaron cobrarnos muuuuy caro por el estacionamiento privado, el estacionamiento en realidad es un pasillo muy ancho al aire libre donde pega todo el sol y cualquiera puede entrar por el que se llega al edificio. La recepcionista nos trató mal y nos dijo que si no nos gusta que cancelemos la reserva, tras mucho tiempo de hablar con un asistente de expedia para cancelar la reserva, expedia envió un mail de cancelación a la recepcionista para cancelar nuestra estadía. Y la recepcionista lo rechazó y luego nos trató muy mal y negó todo lo anterior. Nos trató tan, pero tan mal que llegamos al punto de que preferir irnos y que se queden con nuestro dinero

Péssima! A cama é desconfortável, a roupa de cama estava péssima, o quarto e o banheiro não são juntos, você precisa passar por um corredor de quartos para chegar até o seu. O café da manhã péssimo! Não tinha praticamente nada, e fomos no início dele… conseguimos pegar um café puro e decidimos ir tomar café na rua. As fotos do site são bem diferentes da realidade do local.

Primeiro que reservei um quarto com cama de casal e na reserva não informa se tinha banheiro privativo, chegando não tinha, nos botaram em um quarto totalmente diferente da foto, o pior que já vi na minha vida. Depois pedi pra mudar para um com banheiro privativo e tive que pagar a mais. Me informaram de manhã que pra trocar de quarto era 72 reais a mais, a tarde fui trocar e ele cobrou 114, mudou de valor no mesmo dia, absurdo. O atendimento de alguns dos meninos estrangeiros foi ótimo, mas outros tinham muitas regras para um hostel. Por exemplo, se você quiser levar alguma bebida alcoólica, se for pra alguma vinícola, não pode comprar fora do hostel e levar para lá pois eles vendem bebida lá. Senti que se for estrangeiro, eles tentam te enrolar de toda forma. Pra deixar as malas lá após o checkout, um rapaz disse que tinha que pagar por hora, já outro rapaz informou que não tinha que pagar. Enfim, as regras do hostel são péssimas, acomodação também, única coisa que boa foi a simpatia de quem era estrangeiro e estava nos atendendo lá.

Simplesmente não tive coragem de ficar no lugar. Um quarto que não tinha nem espaço para abrir a mala. Não tinha banheiro!!!. Funcionário disse que era única opção. Rua sem saída com moradores de rua.

O chuveiro era difícil controlar a temperatura, pouca água (bem ruim).. não vá com crianças para esse hostel! O ralo do chuveiro é entupido, desce água pra todo banheiro! Água da torneira é pouca.. tem um aquecedor pequeno no quarto! Muito ruim..
