Muito bem localizado, a no máximo 30 minutos a pé das principais atrações do centro de Santiago. Rua calma, sem ruídos. Apesar da agência externa ser desanimadora, o interior é limpo e confortável. 2 garrafas de água por dia de cortesia e mais um vinho de boas vindas.

Muito bem localizado, perto de metrô/ônibus e de dois polos gastronômicos. Quarto amplo, confortável, com ducha forte e toalhas macias. Limpeza impecável e cheirinho gostoso em todos os ambientes. Bem decorado e em ótimas condições de manutenção.

Hotel excelente, cama tamanho king size e extremamente confortavel, atendentes solicitos e muito simpaticos, hotel cheiroso, quartos sempre limpos e arrumados. OBS: Cafe da manha não é mais continental (servido no quarto), mas na recepção do hotel (pra mim muito melhor), e o cafe é excelente, com frutas, pães quentes, frios, iogurte, cafe passado na hora. Excelente localização, próximo ao Patio Bella Vista (+/- 300m), perto de varios bares, restaurantes, baladas, lojas para aluguel de equipamentos de ski e snowboard e roupas para neve.

Sem dúvidas eu voltaria muitas vezes ao bhb hotel! E pretendo de fato voltar. As acomodações são muito limpas e confortáveis! Quartos amplos e modernos, sem perder o aconchego. O café da manhã é DELICIOSO, eles são extremamente atenciosos! Fazem o ovos, e pães quentinhos terem um toque especial.. saladas de frutas, bolos, e diversas opções! Uma delícia!!! Funcionários super atenciosos, organizam cama e trocam toalhas e o que precisarmos com muito carinho, cafeteira no quarto e sempre repõem cápsulas de café, cada detalhe importante. Em especial o rapaz que fica na recepção, Willian, é MUITO gentil e educado!!! Nós deixa sempre a vontade e nos auxiliou muito nos passeios também, nota 10000 para ele!!!! Eu e meu esposo gostamos muito. Local de acesso fácil aos principais pontos turísticos de Santiago, muitos fizemos a pé, incrível a estadia!!!
