Good hotel

The hotel was in an excellent position, very close to the shopping mall with lots of restaurants close by. The bus stop for the hop on hop off bus was just 50 m away which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The only drawbacks were not having a comfortable lounge for two people to sit on and the shower took a long time for the hot water to come through (and sometimes it didn’t come through). Would stay here again.

The staff are the best. Due to flight delayed in the last-minute we arrived at the hotel at 4:00 am early morning and the the staff were waiting for us and checked us in for only 5 minutes. Incredible. The hotel is located in extremely convenient place where you can walk or take public transit.

Great Stay in the Heart of Costanera

We had a fantastic suite here that was comfortable and welcoming between trips out to explore the city. Sebastian at the reception desk was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He is a credit to the brand. Breakfast was also outstanding. One of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a long time.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The area where the hotel is located is one of the best in Santiago. My only gripe is that there are no walkable breakfast options, thus you are stuck with the hotel breakfast, which is not a good value.

Hotel restaurant served an excellent breakfast and dinner for a separate fee. Dinning options in the area are scarce but it's about 2 blocks walk to the costanera mall that has a wide range of restaurants and food court. The area is more for office space so there's few sightseeing for tourists. The room was very spacious but it could use more lightning especially in the closet. The subway station is 2 blocks away and the bus stop is at the front door of the hotel.
