The property itself is beautiful, the personel where attentive. Clean and modern. The only minus is the noise from the rooms upstairs, some guests were just inconsiderate.

The hotel was nice - very clean and comfortable. It is a bit remote and would be a challenge if you don’t have a vehicle. There is no restaurant or bar on site. However, the property is set up beautifully with a pool and hot tub and gathering area with tables and fire pits. You’ll get to meet the other guests for sure which we really enjoyed. Overall we were very pleased….the value we received was great for the price we paid and we would definitely consider staying at Hacienda Los Olivos on our next visit to Valle de Guadalupe.

Hacienda los olivos definitivamente es un hotel para visitar , es súper tranquilo , seguro, y muy bonito, la habitación es muy amplia , muy bonita . Definitivamente me vuelvo a hospedar ahí. El personal fue muy atento. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Well we had a first rough night with a mouse in our room that kept us up all night. Second the door inside doesn’t have a child lock or a fastener for safety. Our four year old left our room to the pool at about 4:00 A.M for a spa swim. We price when our room door was open because there was not a safety lock inside. We brought it to their attention but administration did not approve the safety lock for our next night stay. So I the father move a sofa to block the exit for our four year old daughter. I slept maybe three hours that night with me falling of the sofa a couple of times. Beautiful place but they should make it more child proof especially when there’s a pool outside. We were blessed nothing seriously happened to our four year old daughter. Please fix this issue for future families. J hope I can get credit back for one night stay.

Nice hotel but difficult to stay at without a car as there is no food or even water on site. Can walk down the street to the nearby hotel that has a restaurant and bar, very friendly

Grave desperdicio de agua al bañarse
El hotel es nuevo esta muy bonito, las habitaciones son muy cómodas pero tienen un gran problema y es el desperdicio de agua en la regadera ya que para que salga el agua caliente tiene uno que esperar cerca de 20 minutos con la llave abierta y ademàs sale hirviendo y para regularla tarda otro tiempo similar en salir agua fria y sale muy fria, es un verdadero problema bañarse y en una zona donde el agua es un problema serio, este desperdicio es grave. Deberían advertir al llegar que la opción es bañarse solo con agua helada para no desperdiciar.

The property is beautiful and well taking care of. It was raining during our stay and the last 100 meters to get to the property is unpaved so there was a lot of pot holes from the rain.
