Excellent! The property was beautiful! Everyone was super friendly. They arranged for transportation from the airport and to the cruise port for us. They offered a terrific wine hour with a section from Chile. The breakfast was delicious. It’s conveniently located near San Cristobal Hill and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks to the entire staff!

Comfortable and unique boutique hotel. Perfect for our pre-cruise visit to Santiago. Very close to the funicular and hop on/hop off bus stop. Patio Bella Vista is also a very short walk away with restaurants and shops. Fantastic Peruvian-style restaurant right across the street. Super friendly and helpful staff. Make sure to enjoy the complementary happy hour and meet your fellow guests!

From the mome t we set foot on the property we felt welomed and safe. Their communation is excellent, people friendly and the soial lounge brings a sense of friends and family gathrting together. Rooms clean and welolcoming. Bathroom clean and well appointed. We would mostly definitely go back!

We really enjoyed staying in the Bella vista neighborhood. Lots of dining options and bars. The staff at the hotel are very nice and breakfast is excellent. The beds are comfortable and our room was spacious. Enjoyed meeting other travelers at the happy hour.

The hotel was lovely, historic and unique. I loved the vintage decorative touches in the rooms and public areas. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. This is a very special little hotel with a lovely atmosphere. The building is full of historic charm, and all of the people working there are extremely helpful and nice. The hotel is in a convenient location for restaurants and for some of the sites of interest in the city.
