Great for a short stay. Room comes with a kettle and you can get free filtered water from lobby that doesn’t have any weird taste. Hotel is a good walking distance to the big mall and to the entrance of the big park where you can hike up to San Cristobal. I arrived early and was able yo store my luggage and freshen up using the lobby bathroom and then got 2 hr early check in. Actual room was quite small but bed is comfy, no carpet, clean. I also appreciated the fact that you can control temperature in the room. Toilet occasionally had a bit of a sewage smell but it goes away quickly. Overall very good value and would highly recommend for short stays.

Centrally located, very nice modern place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Has a restaurant in the hotel with good food. My breakfast was included. I found all the food I like in the morning, like cereals, fruit, grains. The best hotel I have stayed in Santiago.

Nice quiet stay, enough away from the main street (Providencia), yet close enough to walk to everything. Very clean and modern hotel.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Was able to help us get an early check-in as well as we locked our luggage and they helped us cut the lock. However, they forgot about us and made us sit for an hour when they said they were looking to see if they could get us an early check-in and really just forgot about us. The room itself though was very tiny and ours had a moldy, sewer smell that came from the bathroom into our entire room. There were no amenities given as part of your stay. The hallways are super dark.

El hotel esta bien ubicado. Es limpio y con habitaciones comodas. Mi unica queja es con un joven que esta en recepcion en el turno de dia. A quien le falta mucho por aprender en el area de servicio al cliente. El resto del staff muy amable.

There were many wonderful things about this hotel. Our view was incredible, and the rooms were well maintained. The service staff was accommodating and let us check in early, tried getting a cab for us as well as allowed us to go into the cafe for breakfast. I would mention that the breakfast at the cafe was expensive for what they served and I would recommend eating elsewhere for a better deal. Also, the floors looked clean but when I showered my feet were filthy, the floors could have used a mop. Lastly, our room’s toilet wasn’t working properly and the water kept running. We were only there a couple of days, so it wasn’t convenient for us to have it fixed while we were out. I’m sure the hotel would have addressed that.

Mixed feelings about this hotel
Pros: Fantastic reception, who got me in a room much earlier than the official check-in time when I arrived early. Good wifi, modern decor, comfortable bed, good shower. Reasonable breakfast and nice dinner. Having a kettle in the room was appreciated. Cons: Housekeeping didn't provide a full complement of towels on any day. Tea and coffee were not replenished at all during my four-night stay. Hotel still uses disposable cups for hot drinks in the room and restaurant, which is not very eco friendly. Lifts are very slow.
