The hotel is advertised very well in the website, probably it’s one of the best rooms of all hotel, however the classic single room is subpar. The facilities are good and staff is very helpful. The downside is that the room has a small window making it like a cell jail. It’s very hot in summer night because the air doesn’t flow, but if you open the window, you’ll see strong light which makes it impossible for you to sleep.

A little far from the touristy area, in residential area. Gives you a feel of being a local. The hotel is in a 100 year old building, very cutely done. Staff is friendly and helpful. Metro is walkable. A great museum on human rights and museum for nobel laureate gabriella closeby. Even the current president lives in the area.

Amazing for the price!!

This place was so good! Loved the are it is located. The service was impeccable, the room was clean and had everything you need to have a great night sleep. Breakfast was very good too, with many fruit options, bread, otlameal, scrambled eggs, bread, cereal, tomatoes, salami, coffee, tea, etc.

Casa Aure is in the president’s residential district so lots of carabineros roaming the area. Staff were all very helpful. Thank you especially to Cristobal for all his assistance. Breakfast is great with made to order eggs. 24hour coffee, tea and water service is awesome.

Wonderful room with a balcony, enjoyed the sunshine in the morning. The area is a bit old but quiet and walkable to downtown. Staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast was good

What a welcome to Chile! This was my first accommodation in Chile and I was so impressed - the staff are so friendly and helpful. My room was lovely, and the breakfast is fantastic. This place is in a lovely quiet location, even though it's only in the next street from where the President lives! Oh - and I highly recommend Mixta vegan café just down the road. Enjoy!

Affordable stay

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was affordable, the room was clean with cool vibes, and the breakfast was simple yet satisfactory. The bathroom had good water pressure, and the fan in the room was a nice touch. The area felt safe, and the locked entry added extra security (though I wondered about fire safety as it was also locked from inside). My only issue was during checkout when a faint stain (likely from my makeup) was questioned during their inspection, which felt unnecessary since I had overlooked a stained towel upon arrival. Overall, it was a good experience for the price.

Recibimos un trato muy cordial y amable. Nos permitieron entrar antes a la habitacion porque ya estava limpia. La cama es muy confortable y el baño practico. El desayuno fue correcto y aparte se puede tomar un te, zumos o fruita dirante todo el dia.

La habitación es muy cómoda y limpia, el desayuno es muy rico es tipo bufete, el café es delicioso, te dan huevos, canasta de pan, fruta, tortas. Me encantó que durante el día en un área común dejan agua caliente y puedes preparar café, te, tomar algún refresco o agua sin ningún costo adicional. La ubicación del hotel está cerca a varios lugares turísticos, el personal del hotel es muy amable y te colabora con lo que requieres. Me gustó tanto que me hospedé dos veces.
