Superb location for a hotel right in the heart of the bohemian area of Lastarria. From our arrival to departure, the staff were fantastic; very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was also very comfortable and well appointed. It was also very clean.

Fabulous boutique hotel

We stayed at Hotel Cumbres Lastarria twice during our South American holiday, and we have been delighted both times. Great location in the historical centre with easy walking to restaurants, attractions and plenty of street markets. Hotel staff were so helpful and accommodating especially in arranging an earlier check in and later check out. Very comfortable rooms with coffee machine and filtered water. We definitely recommend it.

Great Hotel

Two night Stay in Santiago Pre Cruise

We loved this place set right in the middle of the eclectic old town area of Santiago. Breakfasts were lovely and our room was perfect. There were plenty of cafes and shops nearby and we could walk around the area but with some caution. Staff were very attentive.

The hotel is perfectly situated in a street with an abundance of restaurants and a nice walk away from all the tourist sights. I was greeted by the amazingly friendly Jorge who was also of great help to me answering questions and investigating things for me. My room was lovely and as well as coffee making facilities, had a cold filtered water dispenser. Dani who made up my room was incredibly friendly and helpful with advice, as was her boss who lent me a padlock for the locker at a pool I went to. You really feel like you are living at the heart of a vibrant area here and in an already incredibly friendly country, the staff here standout for how welcome they make you feel.
