This hotel must receive most of its trade from travellers between flights - it certainly is not in an attractive tourist area - the area being dominated by businesses and heavy traffic. That said it is probably the best near-airport hotel we have stayed in. It has an all-day and reliable airport shuttle, modern large rooms, good 24 hour restaurant, gym and pool. The staff are helpful and were happy to accommodate us despite arriving way before formal check-in time (we arrived at noon). We could not want for better on a one night stay between flights. We would definitely chose it again if the need arises.

Airport shuttle was very difficult to navigate. On our first stay I called for pick up and was told i needed to book 24hrs in advance, which had never been communicated. On my return trip I tried to reserve the shuttle in advance but could not do that on their site and no one returned my emails or answered the phone. Very frustrating

Payment options are limited to Credit Card to be able to avoid the Tourist Tax that some South American Citizens don't have to pay to enter Chile. There are no money exchange facilities on site. The above isn't clear when you book in, making it hard to be prepared with suitable payment options. My stay was pleasant otherwise, the food at their restaurant is delicious and good prized.
