Great small hotel!
Perfect location for going to the places we wanted to go. Very comfortable room and enjoyed the rooftop bar, restaurant and pool and the view. And the breakfast was good. Very friendly and helpful staff:

This is a nice hotel. Staff are extra friendly. Breakfast is fair. Roof top bar/view is fantastic. Shower would drain well, might have been a specific shower problem. Location is overall good.

Cristian y los chicos de recepción son un sol. Me ayudaron en todo lo que necesité y el hotel siempre se sintió como llegar a casa. El housekeeping bastante top. Una excelente estadía sobre todas las cosas. Más aún, tuve un percance en el aeropuerto y no pude tomar el vuelo de salida y me ayudaron con un acomodo inmediato sin hacerme esperar a la hora del check in. Esto nadie lo hace; y será la razón por la que cuando vuelva a Chile los escoja nuevamente. Hay un par de detalles: ya hay que pintar el cuarto y pulir los pisos. El desayuno con lo mismo todos los días cansa y, poner un timbre que se escuche en la cocina; porque si se van a ayudar a hacer el desayuno y alguien llega a tocar la puerta a las 3am (como yo el jueves) nos quedamos afuera hasta que se desocupen porque no se escucha allá. Pero eso no le quita el brillo al excelente trabajo que hacen. Gracias infinitas.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, helping us with bags, taxi arrangements and other details. Our room was quiet and spacious. Breakfast was good, with hot options, yogurt, pastries, cheese, and meats. The location is ok, being nearby the Lastarria neighborhood but on a rather busy street.

Great stay and Awesome Mattress!
This hotel has the absolute most comfortable mattress I e ever slept on. I have severe back problems and have never slept so good in my life. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very vast and extremely tasty! Within 10-15 minutes in multiple directions to many many restaurants and site. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Shower has great water pressure.

Quiet and attractive room, well-appointed, and a comfortable bed. Rooftop terrace/bar and an excellent breakfast. There is a nearby restaurant area where we found a very good lunch and dinner. We were only in Santiago for one night, but would gladly stay here again.

Great hotel. Some Issues.
Overall, I loved the property. The rooms were spacious, especially the bathroom. That said, the tub in the bathroom was difficult to get in and out of. I almost slipped trying to get out and I’m an able-bodied person. Breakfast was good, except for the terrible coffee. The rooftop bar was very nice and their playlist was fantastic. The staff was great and helped us book a wonderful private tour with very little notice. The location was great except for all the construction happening right in front of the hotel.

This is a lovely old Art Deco hotel from the 1920s. They retained a lot of its character and soul while updating enough to have modern conveniences. The staff was wonderful especially Anais and Victor.
