O hotel é bom, bem localizado, bom café da manhã, boas instalações e funcionários atenciosos, porém, como eu tinha duas reservas precisei trocar de quarto no meio da estadia e acabei esquecendo algumas peças de roupa no armário do primeiro quarto, no final do dia lembrei e acionei a recepção para que pudesse verificar se algo foi encontrado na limpeza e informado a administração, no entanto, nada foi informado a administração, retornei ao quarto e as roupas não estavam mais lá. Solicitei que fossem verificadas as câmeras, as mesmas foram verificadas, a camareira entrevistada e nada encontrado, permaneci por mais dois dias no hotel e o único retorno que deram é que não poderiam fazer mais nada, que a investigação havia sido feita e nada de incomum encontrado. Ter seus pertences roubados dentro de um hotel e não ser ressarcida por isso é um absurdo, apesar de um bom hotel, a falta de confiança nos funcionários da limpeza e o descaso com o o ocorrido deixou uma péssima impressão e uma experiência terrível.

Hotel was in a nice, safe and walkable area of los condes. However, internet did not work in my room “apartment”, there was no room service and we had to walk a block to their sister hotel for the included breakfast.

Great hotel in a safe and quiet area
Nice hotel in a lovely quiet and safe neighbourhood with friendly staff. Hotel is a tad outdated so would be good to update. Apartments are nice with good amenities. I stayed here twice on my visit to Chile as a solo female.

Todo excelente SALVO estas 4 cosas: 1. No hay muchos enchufes y los que hay están dificil a encontrar. 2. La ducha es un peligro - muy resbaldoso y angosto (yo soy muy flaca y entraba justito). 3. Por el precio, y comparado con otros hoteles, botellas de agua diairia tendría que ser algo incluido. 4. La calidad de las sabanas no está a la altura de el diseño y calidad de la propiedad.
