This is by far the worst hotel we ever stayed at in our lives, maybe that’s why there was only very very few American people here staying, if you’re local and live in Mexico, that’s the hotel for you I guess, but if you’re coming from the states and you’re planning to visit Los Cabos do not stay at crystal grand Palace, their employees are gonna argue with you for everything they’re not gonna care about you, and pretty much everything sucks no cap!! I will not stay there ever ever ever ever again even if they pay me to stay……… muy malo Hotel

Me and my family went for my birthday. When we checked into the resort, it was acknowledged, and the lady gave us a huge upgrade. The resort was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely return for another trip.

Pool was cold, furniture dated and food quality for room service is poor

This resort is amazing that celebrates the beauty of Mexico. The hospitality is 5 stars and an amazing ocean views from every restaurant. I
