Great staff and a good location that allowed us to visit several attractions in only one day. We were not aware that there was no elevator wichi may be an issue for some families. We had to park some blocks away because everything was taken close to the hotel. I would come back.

Confortable mais pas fonctionnel
L’hôtel est propre est confortable, le point faible c’est la réception personne à notre arrivée il faut se débrouiller seul devant un écran réticent. Le parking est petit n’offre pas la place pour tout les clients c’est dommage.

Erfreulicher Aufenthalt in diesem zentrumsnahen Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal, ruhiger Standort, fußläufig ins Zentrum, schönes Frühstück.

Schönes Hotel...Check in Nervig ...
Es ist ein schönes Hotel und Sauber. Aber Checkin erfolgt durch einen Automaten und meistens klappt da etwas nicht. Hatte schon öfter das Vergnügen....Diesmal existierte meine Buchungsnummer nicht. Am Automaten war eine Nummer angeklebt, unter dieser hat mich die Person am anderen Ende nicht verstanden und aufgelegt. Die richtige Nummer hab ich dann bei meiner Buchung gefunden. Unter der wurde mir dann nett geholfen. Der größte Schwachsinn aber ist: Man legt seinen Ausweis/Pass auf den Scanner damit die Daten eingelesen werden,muss die Daten dann im nächsten Schritt aber trotzdem Manuell eingeben! Wirklich nervig sowas. Und wenn jemand 24 Stunden unter einer bestimmten Telefonnummer erreichbar ist, dann sollte man lieber überlegen jemanden an die Rezeption zu setzen.

Rauhallinen hotelli. Virtuaalinen sisäänkirjoittautuminen tuotti vaikeuksia. Aamupala yksinkertainen ja sama joka aamu. Huone oli siisti, mutta sänky olisi voinut olla leveämpi tai tarjolla molemmille yöpyjille oma sänky. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta.
