Unfortunately, my experience was not as good as I expected. The resort definitely needs better maintenance. The toilet was not flushing properly, and the water was not completely clean. Another major disappointment was the restaurant situation. There were supposed to be three restaurants available, but only one was open during our stay. The food also lacked variety, and the drinks were not very good. Overall, I expected much better from this resort. There are several areas that need improvement, especially maintenance, food variety, restaurant availability, and the quality of the drinks.

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people

The staff was very friendly especially Kendry who was in the buffet restaurant. The only thing was that there was no hot water after a certain time of the day to shower with other then that really enjoyed my stay.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are good and lots of options. We come here every year and love to return.

Everything was great. The food could have been a little better but the pool was awesone!

Some mildew smells in the room, German roaches coming out of the electricity. Staff after you for tips for bare minimum interactions.
