Guest services at Cofresi are working poorly

I didn’t like my stay at this property. They need to remodel the rooms. They look pretty old. Everything to far away from where we were installed. In overall too many restrictions as well.

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people

Great food, only thing is you can’t wear your bathing suit to eat at the restaurants so you’d have to go back to your room and change if you was at the pool or beach. Then I gave the place 4 stars because everything is clean, but the room could use some renovations. Everyone is super sweet and helpful, the shops are expensive but no need to take out cash they go off of USD.

El hotel y instalaciones bonitas pero con unos detalles que no e pueden evitar el personal de limpieza muy amable y atentos siempre pendiente del aseo diario de cuarto, pero los recepcionistas no brindan la información correctamente a los huéspedes y luego actúan de manera un poco grosera, reporte el baño porque no tenía agua y se tardaron en solucionarlo también reporte la TV y nunca lo solucionaron la atención en el buffet muy amables y serviciales y la comida muy rica. Cuando llegue la chica que me recibió solo me pidió mi nombre me puso una pulsera me dio las llaves de el cuarto y una tarjeta para las toallas en ningún momento me explicó que debía entregarla tarjeta o se me haría un cargo de 20 dólares solo me dijo que tenga una linda estadía y ya y a la hora de hacer el check out me exigían pagarles luego cuando les aclaré que no tenía ese conocimiento su compañero de mala manera dijo que hiciera excepción y puso muy mala cara. Yo entiendo cómo funciona el servicio al cliente y es agitado y agotado recibir tantas personas a diario pero eso nos les da el derecho de ser rudos y groseros y falta de empatía y educación uno paga para relajarse y disfrutar más si son extranjeros con ganas de conocer y disfrutar de esa linda cultura y vivir la experiencia
