Good but needs some improvements

Second time I stay here. Nice and modern hotel located in the heart of Santo Domingo business district. One issue I had was my room location which was across from the ice machine. The noise of the ice machine making new ice was loud and frequent. Next time I will ask for my room to be changed but there probably should be a room there to begin with. There is no door to the ice machine but there should be to reduce the noise. My room was also next to the linen room and service entrance. Overall service was good. Decent food selection but limited. Restaurants downstairs are good but remind the servers you get a 10% discount. The sushi place is tops. In the gym it’s a little warm and there are some attachments for the weight machine that are missing. Good price for location in Santo Domingo.

The hotel is pretty good, affordable and higher standards it has multiple options for food & coffee, 24hr room service really good amenities the hotel has a bar area where they do live music/karaoke. It has a nice smell the minute you walk in. Stayed multiple times on a one week span and my girlfriend and I really enjoyed it.
