The VIP section at the hotel needs improvement—particularly in food quality and operating hours. I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times and, until now, never left a review. But I’ve come to realize that by staying silent, I may have unintentionally done it a disservice—especially because I genuinely love this place. That said, I’ve noticed a decline recently. The buffet, which used to be the best in Santo Domingo, has suddenly dropped in quality. It no longer lives up to the high standards it once set. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that management will take it constructively and bring back the excellence that made this hotel stand out in the first place.

I always wanted to stay there and i finally did. My only critic is there is a lot of constructions being done in the city so for now the view is not that great yet. Pool is very nice, the bar and casinos . I wish they stayed open later. Can't have a bar that closes at 2am c'mon.
