The building is located in a great area. The area is quiet and night and safe. The unit has lots of closet space if you are planning on staying here long term. I also loved that this unit came with a washer and dryer. It's very spacious. There is a supermarket at the end of the street and there are lots of restaurants close by. The pool was unavailable when I stayed here since it is being renovated but I did not need to use it. I would check with the location before booking if that is something that you really need. I stayed here for one night, but this will definitely be on my favorite's list when I go back to the Dominican Republic.
