We found this to be a terrible place to stay. When contacting the hotel, nobody ever responded to us. Upon arrival, luckily someone was present. Nobody speaks English, only Spanish. The room was nothing like what I had booked. I had specifically chosen a room based on the photos provided, but received something completely different. The shower heater didn’t work properly and kept switching from hot to cold. The kitchen was also incomplete — there was an oven but not even a baking dish. We had to buy quite a few things ourselves. On top of that, the cutlery wasn’t properly cleaned from the previous guests, and there were still stains on the toilet seat. It was extremely noisy and poorly soundproofed. Every morning you can hear the cleaners shouting and making loud noise very early. They were also very rude. Outside the hotel, you constantly hear dogs barking. The so-called Agora Mall is supposedly an 8-minute walk away, but it’s more like double that. On top of this, there’s no proper sidewalk, so you end up having to walk dangerously close to the main road. The pool is nothing like it looks in the photos — it’s very small. Also, there is never any staff available to help you with anything. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay at all, and we will never come back here.
