This place was perfect! Our room was clean and renovated. The staff bent over backwards to take care of us. The food was great. There were no bugs. The beach was postcard beautiful! They do have people on the beach selling things, but they are very respectful and if you are not interested they move on. You do have to make reaervations for the restaurants at 8am, but you can make 3 days of reservations at a time. We booked our tours at the hotel and they were so much fun. I will definitely go back.

Had a marvellous time at Coral Costa Caribe. The beach was so beautiful and the atmosphere was friendly. The staff truly put a lot of effort to make their guests feel welcome. The rooms were clean and I enjoyed their nightly programs. Would definitely come back and recommend this resort to friends and family.

Could use some maintenance but staff were great. Strange things though like having to get up early on the morning to book restaurants and that was annoying (get an app) and they cancel your reservation for said restaurant but won't let walk-ins take the open tables.

The staff scammed me with a bottle of wine which is &20. They charged me $85 while I had only a glass of it. When they offered me at the table they didn’t say that I have to pay for it, the day of my check out they said you have to pay for it and when I refused they called the police. They were so rude and the manager was mocking me for scamming me. Never recommend

The front desk staff were extremely rude and because of other people’s flight delays they handled the whole situation terribly and weren’t helping us at all and got mad at us when we were the ones being inconvienienced. The bartenders and waiters were very good and we all loved them (especially Francisco at the snack bar!!!)

Overall the resort was very nice. The services was better than average. The food was average for an all inclusive. The bartenders we very attentive but the cafe baristas (most of them but not all) were not very friendly.

While the facility amenities and beach were all very lovely. The quality and variety of food was below average based on many other all-inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at throughout the Caribbean if we didn’t get downstairs before 7:30 in the morning it was very unlikely that we would get either dinner reservations or beach lounge chairs. And not all the restaurants were even open each day. One day there was a flyer advertising a barbecue buffet dinner that was going to take place that evening. When we arrived that evening I couldn’t find where the barbecue area was so I asked the hostess. She walked me over to a man frying a whole bunch of chicken breasts. When I asked her where the steak and ribs were that were shown in the flyer, she told me that they change the actual menu from week to week. We booked an ocean view room and that is exactly what we got with a beautiful fourth floor balcony. It was directly next to the outdoor stage area where every night there was a very loud DJ screaming into a microphone until late in the evening. Why not set this up on the beach with the speakers facing out to the ocean?!

Worst experience ever. I’m going all inclusive hotels at least twice a year. Never been in such a situation. Hotel was overbooked( they sell more rooms than they have). Got a room with no balcony( didn’t even think that’s a possibility). Very crowded. Will never go back there.

We wanted a vacay on a budget so when we booked this we knew we were booking a 3 star resort and had those expectations in mind. The hotel and food were what we thought it would be given the rating and price point. The happy surprise were the desserts! The cakes were always amazing and I’m not a big sweet fan, but I ate dessert every night there! Now for the cons; the VIP bracelet is $45/day and not worth it. It gives you access to the Bali beds in the VIP area, but good luck getting one. It gives premium drink service in the VIP area but during an entire day in the sun we saw the VIP server maybe 2-3 times. VIP also gets you access to the VIP lounge with “a special breakfast buffet until 11am and a special snack bar starting at 3pm”. Both were disappointing to say the least. The “breakfast” was a super basic continental set up, and the 3pm VIP snacks were 2 choices: a deep fried ravioli and the second was some sort of breaded or battered meat. We couldn’t decide if it was chicken or fish. Second con; the walls are paper thin and you will hear everything. The resort is exactly what it appears to be and for the price, totally reasonable.

Very nice budget resort. Beach is beautiful, rooms are renovated, new furniture. Buffet: when resort is full, not enought dishes for everybody. People stay in lane to catch french fries,fruits etz.One big problem in mostly rooms: in the bathroom only one spot light and its OFF (away from)the sink. and because spot light not at at the center , its always dark there.
