The property landscape was very nice. We had an executive room, the floors were old, the A/C only worked in the morning and the food served was very cold and bland. The staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly. They spoke enough English to make you feel at peace and comfortable. The buffet was very limited in terms of what was being served and it was expensive cost US$22 per person and majority of the times the salads were old and the fruits were too ripened. The area is surrounded by ghettos and unfriendly people which I know they cannot control but there is limited parking on the property so you would have to park off street and that makes you more liable to damage a rental vehicle as we did because a biker ran into the side of the car.

El hotel tiene una buena infraestructura, con servicios que van de muy buenos a muy malos. El restaurante es muy bueno, las areas comunes son buenas, el business center es muy malo, la habitación es bastante grande pero con alfombra que deben tener muchos años y los filtros del aire acondicionado no estaban limpios, lo que generaba un mal ambiente por el aire que se respiraba. Tuve que dormir con las ventanas abiertas para mejorar un poco la calidad del aire. En fin, es un hotel de muchos años, que requiere una reforma integral.

be aware that every time I stay here they always give priority to people who pays cash and more than three times they try to book me in room that I didn’t want and that the room I booked was giving to someone else.it’s a first come first serve they said not nice. If I made a reservation with balcony and pool view that’s what I expect.
