Estuve hospedado por siete días y dos no tuve agua y uno sin luz por 24 horas y no daban solución, ni siquiera una respuesta al problema, necesitan mejorar mucho ya que tienen una ubicación excelente y es un lugar muy económico, me gustaría regresar ya que como alguien que viaja solo no necesita mucho, solo lo básico, pero si no pueden proveer eso pues no dan ganas de volver

Please do not stay here. The photos they show are not the same hotel. They said they only put those pictures to attract clients. It is disgusting, black mould everywhere. We weren’t able to stay and had to find a different hotel. They didn’t give a refund and said we had to stay.

Worse place in Zona Colonial
There is nobody to help you with the luggage up to a 3rd floor and then when we got there the room was full of mold, we were unable to breath when asked to be moved to a different room we were told that there was not another room available and the guy at the reception tried to send us to another hotel outside the safe area (2 women by themselves). We ended up not staying and just loosing our money
