It's not like the Radissons in the United States. They never cleaned my room. The sink and shower were clogged, the water wouldn't go out. I went to see the buffet, the room was full of smoke and the food looked undesirable. I don't recommend it.

La joven Ana de recepción excelente servicio y atención. Él joven del comedor en el desayuno el encargado de hacer los Omelet ( huevos fritos) excelente servicio, el señor rubio del desayuno excelente servicio, el personal de seguridad en el lobby los de camisa gris,excelente servicio. Luego,el hotel, las habitaciones, lucen ya vieja y deteriorado. Sus mejores tiempos ya pasaron. Relación precios, calidad de lo qué ofrecen, están muy distantes.

The property was okay; however, the customer service needs a lot of improvement. The hotel blamed the issue on the backend between the hotel and the Expedia platform, citing a situation where Expedia oversold the rooms. As a result, my guests did not receive the treatment they were expecting, considering they are a family with two children. I usually use this hotel for my business partners who visit our company; however, after this experience, that will no longer be the case. We will be using the Holiday Inn instead.

The hotel is located in downtown in Santo Domingo, thus it is very convenient for go shopping and to eat and to take metro. In my room, AC made a noise once in a while, which is only to point out.

Ana, Amado, Bladimir, Walter were all excellent. The gym access through Radisson was at a different building but the gym itself was incredible
