I booked a king size room with a view and I got a two queen size bed with a quarter view. I am very disappointed, during my check in the representative tried to convince me to upgrade but I declined since I am only here for one night, however the room expectations were up to my standard, the towels were dirty, the room was not what I expected of a king size bed, and no view totally disappointed

Everything was great from the moment we checked in to the day we checked out. The place was very attentive to our needs. Any minor problem we had, the staff was able to come and help out. I always love staying here at Sheraton it's such a nice place. The pool is definitely my favorite part. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, it feels like family. My family even came to visit me and they loved it too. We'll definitely be back!
