Primeramente me sentí insegura en este hotel. Primera noche que llegamos y hubo un inconveniente con un empleado y un cliente en la sección de la discoteca arriba donde el empleado hablaba de agredir al cliente sin importar que estábamos más personas alrededor. Fue frustrante y teníamos miedo: pero amamos los choferes del hotel son un amor y merecen lo mejor del mundo . Los demás empleados deben revisarse y dar mejor de ellos !!!

Best Hotel I’ve been to in Dominican Republic. Not to mention, the staff and concierge were awesome. The restaurant that is connected was very tasteful as we also tried the fried red snapper. 5 star rating for sure.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at W&P Santo Domingo. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The overall vibe of the hotel made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. We particularly loved spending time at the rooftop pool and lounge — the perfect spot to unwind. Another highlight was the chocolate cake at Casa Vera restaurant. It was absolutely delicious, and we couldn’t get enough of it! A sweet treat that made our evenings even more special. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santo Domingo. We’ll definitely be back!
