The staff tries to be accommodating, but the hotel appears to be undergoing renovations. We had to ask for fresh sheets and towels daily. The communication between English speakers and Spanish speakers were very difficult.

The towels are very old and tear easily; after showering, the bathroom ends up completely flooded, and there’s nowhere to place the soap. They say it’s under renovation—hopefully, it improves soon.
