Pro: - Within 10min of walking from main bus terminal in Fira - very clean - close to supermarket & main Fira square Con: - no hair conditioner as amenity (but shampoo was pretty good and kept my hair quite soft) - door lock was difficult to lock/unlock

Location and staff were great! Easily walkable to town and to the main bus hub. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning was delicious. We enjoyed our room with a private hot tub and its view. Would stay again, and definitely recommend!

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Fira bus station and to the centre of Fira with shops and restaurant where you can easily find a place to see the sunset in Fira on the edge of the caldera. Shophia the receptionist gave us a great restaurant recommendation of the Pelican Kipos cafe and wine tasting - delicious food in a beautiful garden setting. The balcony of the room was tiny and not solely a pool view as you could also see the maintenance area, washing line, etc. A large sea view balcony for the sunrise was available, opposite the room. We stayed 1 night, breakfast was good but some of the bread and pastry item's were a bit stale.

We’ve just returned after a fantastic week in Fira, staying at Anamnesis Spa city. The location is fantastic, a 10 minute walk to the bus station, which then enables you to travel to different parts of the island. There are different restaurants and activities all within walking distances. The hotel itself is clean, with fantastic staff and a nice continental breakfast. Our room had a jetted hot tub (warmed by the sun) and a lovely view out to the other side of the island. Each day it was made up to a high standard, with different pool/shower/hot tub towels being provided. I can’t wait to return. Thank you

Lovely boutique hotel in quieter part of Fira
Great boutique hotel overlooking the west coast. Friendly helpful staff on the reception desk. Small hotel and pool but very clean and within easy walking distance of the town. Uphill to the caldera but worth it for the most wonderful views

Happy and convenient stay at Anamnesis City Spa Ho
Good communication throughout including by e-mail and telephone to clarify things when needed. Excellent location close to Fira Main Square and bus station, only a few minutes walk away as well as to the local shops and restaurants as well as the caldera. Good service by high all the reception and maintenance staff including recommendations for food, rentals and tours etc. Breakfast is good. Suggestions to make it even better: Wifi connectivity needs to be improved as almost non-existent in the room we were in. Perhaps have more recycling collection points as several plastic water bottles have to be discarded. Perhaps have a shower curtain to ensure water does not come out of the cubicle.

The concierges were awesome and helpful! Their knowledge of things to do around the island made it easier to decide what activities we wanted to experience. The location is fantastic as well, within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.
