Everything was exceptional and exceeded our expectations at Cresanto. The room was beautiful and clean, staff was welcoming and helpful, food was exceptional, including the breakfast every morning. Our balcony had privacy and a great view. Could not recommend this place enough and above all that the owner was always around saying hi and welcoming everyone. I would return in a heserbeat.

Excellent location and facilities
The location was perfect east facing, peaceful and away from the crowds. Although to get to Acura and instagramable sights was just a short walk away. We had our own jacuzzi to look out on to the ocean. Every detail was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was super friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you’re looking for some peace and beauty.

Suit was excellent and spacious and had good location. However, at the end they harassed us to check out of the room where as we requested to give a leeway for an hour (instead of 11 , we asked for 12), but they were extremely rude at the end and kept on harassing which was pathetic for such a good hotel . Also they asked check in time in advance and we mentioned 12:30 but they made us wait for an hour and half. Both of these left a bitter taste in the mouth to such a good experience.There was no turndown service.Dionysus from restaurant gave a good service. She was wonderful. I hope concierge and check in check out staff show respect to customers and improve on their demeaner.

We stayed for 4 nights and from start to finish our stay was superb. The hotel/suites are well appointed, and the staff couldn’t do more for us. From reception, the porters, the grounds staff, the cleaners, and the service staff, they all worked tremendously hard from one day to the next and over what looked like very long hours. Despite that, they were all extremely attentive and happy to serve. The suites, each with their own private pool and sun space, are excellent. Clean. Spacious. And very comfortable indeed. Imerovigli is a short walk from the hotel, about 10 minutes or so, but up quite a steep hill as you might expect for the area. There are plenty of decent places to eat around, but you’ll pay for the view more than for the food. We found the food and drink at the hotel to be excellent, and very reasonably priced considering its luxury accommodation. Didn’t use the gym but it’s got most things you might need. The outdoor pool is great for relaxing in, and cooling down! If you want cliffside views of the sunset in the evening, this hotel won’t give you that. But we walked around a lot, and found those hotels to lack privacy. The constant passing by of people rather puts you on show in your own accommodation in those hotels. For us, it felt zoo like. These suites are much more private, and close enough by to see the sunset etc. when having a drink or dinner. All in all, we’ll definitely visit again and we’d recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in Santorini.
