Our Room at the Keti was one of the higglights of our trip to Europe. The view from the Terrace is absolutely breathtaking and takes the cake over anything else we could find for a view in the entire Caldara ! Highly recommend. The staff were all very nice and accommodating, outstanding establishment thats deserves 10 out of 5 stars. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Incredibly friendly staff with one of the best views of the island! Highly recommend getting the private balcony (with tub if you can). Beautiful sunset views. Reception/general manager was so, so kind. Great experience overall.

Lovely hotel with excellent service! Rooms are spacious and property is very clean.We booked the Cave suite with private balcony - unobstructed views of the Caldera. Perfect location to enjoy sunsets each evening. Staff were accommodating and kind, able to provide gluten free toast and breakfast options. Location is great - quietly tucked in the streets of Fira. Highly recommend!!

Very private hotel of 12 rooms. No obstructions in front of the hotel and the view is outstanding!!!! The staff is so helpful and friendly. Anything you need or want they will help you with it. The breakfast was perfect every morning. Sitting on the terrace watching the cruise ships and drinking freshly squeezed orange juice!!! Doesn’t get better than that. Our time here was magical. One thing to note: if you have never been to Santorini, there are stairs everywhere. You are usually either walking up or down. Great for your cardio. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This place was amazing during our honeymoon! The staff arranged our transportation from/back to the port (which I highly recommend using), and they helped us with our bags to/from our room. The room itself was beautiful and clean, and the view of the caldera is breathtaking. The photos can’t even do it justice! We spent many hours by the private pool looking out over the ocean. The hotel is also a super close walk to the main areas for restaurants and shopping, although be prepared for lots of stairs. As a bonus, the breakfast was amazing each day! I would highly recommend this place, and we would love to come back some day.

Perfect!

Fabulous stay at the Keti, cannot praise them enough. All the staff went over and above to help us. The rooms were really nice and the most amazing view you could imagine of the Caldera without the enormous price tag. It’s not really suitable for people with mobility issues due to the amount of stairs. The hotel is tucked away making it very private and away from the noise of Fira but literally 5 mins walking distance making it the ideal location. It’s worth while using the transfers the hotel offers as they meet you at the top of the steps and help you with your luggage. We tipped the guy as it was a great help and a lot of stairs for him to carry luggage. Definitely recommend this little gem.
