Samaragdi Hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at. Friendly staff, clean rooms and less than 2 minute walk to the beach. They can assist booking excursions such as the Santorini volcano boat tour, which I highly recommend. I was upgraded to a pool view suite and it was stunning. They do not offer breakfast, but with so many options nearby, it’s not a problem. I would absolutely stay here again!

Best hotel for a quiet stay in Santorini directly on the beach and with easy access to bus to visit all the other villages. Maria, the owner of the hotel, along with all the staff, are so kind and will help you with anything you need. Beautiful site and rooms. Very clean hotel and super professional team. Very nice to have sunbeds for free at Safran restaurant as a guest of Smaragdi. Lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner in just a 2 min walk to the beach with a beautiful view. Perfect location to have best of both worlds, relaxation and exploring the island. Will definitely be back!

One of our favourite places we stayed during our vacation. Pool area was beautiful and well kept. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful (showed us how to get around, hired us transportation, etc.). Location was very convenient; a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants, shops, beach, and bus stop. Plus, by staying at this hotel you get a discount at one of the local restaurants plus free sun beds. The area is also a lot less crowded than other areas on the island. Highly recommend!

The property layout and pool area were great. Our room was large with a nice deck. The real icing on the cake was the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff! Maria tutored us on basic Greek phrases and couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our holiday from advice on the best places to visit to organizing bookings and transport.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

Such a beautiful hotel with a truly boutique feel. Rooms were lovely and very clean, the pool is fantatsic, always space available on sunbeds. 2 minutes from the beach and all of the wonderful local restaurants. Staff could not have been nore friendly and accomodating.
