Don't stay here, there are better hostels in santo
This place had bed bugs and a very inconsiderate manager. It was not well maintained. One plus was that the workers were very helpful.

Reserva feita pelo site hotel .com foi para duas pessoas Porém o Hostel me ligou dizendo q o valor estava errado e q era 1 cama Surtei pq se vc pediu reserva para 2, como seria 1 cama de solteiro, disseram q o erro era meu, pq vi q o valor estava abaixo 27,00 a menos, falei o Bixo pq se o site calculou errado não era culpa minha. A tarde me liga dizendo q o site arcaria com os 27,00, achei desnecessário ter me colocado esse problema é me acusat de tirar proveito da promoção, se a solicitei reserva para 2 pessoas. Mas enfim o local é bom limpo mt confortável café da manhã ótimo mt bom. Fui tratada muito bem Acredito q da próxima vez q isso ocorrer não irão colocar a culpa no cliente

Hostel com potencial mas muito mal cuidado
Hostel simples com bom atendimento e ótima localização porém a limpeza do local é muito precária. Cozinha e banheiros estavam muito sujos e mal cuidados durante toda estadia. Cozinha com geladeira, microondas e fogão em péssimo estado. Café da manhã é simples mas é OK. Em relação ao quarto de casal, a cama é boa, ar condicionado funcionava super bem, mas o quarto é bem pequeno e estava bem sujo embaixo da cama. Wi-Fi funcionou bem.
