Very nice property. I could see the distance for one of the bedroom. Very setup and good management who delivered a good experience. The manage was so cool she took out kids to the store when we arrived.

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had to come on here because some of the reviews had my family and me rethinking our stay. Let me tell you, from the moment our transportation dropped us off at the entrance to the check-in process, everything was amazing! I accidentally booked the wrong room, but the staff graciously honored my request and accommodated us with two queen beds instead of the one king room I originally booked. That level of customer service set the tone for our entire vacation. The dining options were incredible. You absolutely must try the Indian restaurant, and the red snapper was OMG delicious! The other restaurants were great as well. My kids especially loved the buffet and visited it every single day. Now, let's talk about the real stars of our trip: the Entertainment Team! They truly made our vacation unforgettable. From starting the day with fun pool activities to keeping the energy going all night long, they were amazing. A special shout-out to Mr. Chicken Wing, who taught us the Ice Cream Dance The entertainment was nonstop. beach parties and headphone parties to the disco party after 11 PM, energized, and having fun every day and every night. Michael Jackson show, talent show, and Reggae Night, complete with cane, sugar cane, and jerk grills set up right along the boulevard. children also enjoying the sports bar, pool table. Mr. Hayne after we returned home called to check in. Entertainmen team Brit, Sabrina, thunder, dj kenji, liss, cyril, wings big up & thanks yall.

If you 're tired of the same ole same ole all inclusive hotels that keep you in a little touristy bubble this is the way to go . Our experience here was the best we have has travelling to Jamaica. This is a house is located in a gated community within a community with real Jamaican neighbors.It was extremely quiet and private and besides a few people jogging in the mornings we hardly saw anyone. The neighbors we met at the pool were very friendly and warm. Beautiful community! The house itself was a three bedroom two bathroom home clean and nicely decorated. There's also a washing machine.AC in the bedrooms and lots of fans in the rest of the house. The only thing I would say is there is no front desk so read the instructions they send shortly before your stay and call or text via whats App if you need to get in touch. Communication can be a little slow since its not a 24hr desk setup so get in touch early to clarify anything. The caretaker were very accommodating to our requests and we will definitely stay here again.
