Hotel muito bom para as crianças

Hotel muito bom no geral. O ponto alto é a equipe de entretenimento, uma das melhores. Passeios a cavalo, fazendinha, jogos, as crianças adoram. Quanto as instalações são boas, mas precisam melhorar. Split não funcionava direito. Agua quente estava com problema sempre pela manha. Existem dois edifícios de quartos, Paineiras que fica ao lado de toda e estrutura e o Mirante, mais longe e acessivel por um bondinho ou por uma longa e incrime rampa (cansativa). Recomendo Paineiras para quem tem filhos pequenos, porque o bondinho demora e em epoca de hotel cheio tem filas. A comida é boa, caseira, com alguma variedade para curta estadia, mas acaba sendo mais limitada para quem fica 5 ou mais diarias. O check in é muito tarde e cobram 50,00 por pessoa para quem entrar antes das 18h para acessar o hotel e o café da tarde (sem acesso ao quarto ainda) o que acho desnecessário, pois poderiam dar acesso as areas de lazer após as 14h (mesmo que ao quarto seja apos as18h) sem necessidade cobrar extra. A pessoas que trabalham na recepção sao o ponto fraco da hospitalidade que se vê em todas as outras areas do hotel, onde focam em te empurrar custos, sem sorrisos e sem a preocupação em serem mais prestativas. Recomendamos o hotel para estadias de até 3 noites.

Lugar muito lindo em meio a natureza. O atendimento deixou-a desejar. Esqueci algumas pecas de roupas no hotel e o retorno além de demorado me dizeram que não encontraram a sacola. Muita comida gostosa, bastante variedade, em todas as refeições.

Muito caro para o que oferece!

O lugar é bonito, mas o que atrapalha são os horários pré determinados de alimentação,principalmente quando se está em férias e não quer obrigação com horários (p.ex: café da manhã 8h-9h30, almoço 12h -13 e jantar 20h-21h) além das programações limitadas com horários, sem lugar próximo para comprar comida, caso sinta fome após o jantar. Local muito isolado da civilização e WI-FI muito ruim. As bebidas todas a parte. Não recomendo para quem tem adolescentes, pois não tem nenhuma atividade para essa fase. Anexei a foto da programação para se ter ideia do que comentei acima!

O fim de semana foi maravilhoso curtindo com a família. O atendimento impecável, as refeições excelente! Mas o que deixa a desejar é o bondinho para a Ala Mirante, muito tempo de espera e se estiver com condições de chuva, a rampa não tem proteção, o que seria necessário aguardar por muito tempo o meio de locomoção

Precisa melhorar alguns pontos, principalmente no período das chuvas, como por exemplo, fazer um corredor coberto da ala das palmeiras até o restaurante e até a sala de jogos, precisa consertar um dos pedalinhos e adicionar mais um.
