Problemas com manutenção

Hotel confortável com alguns problemas de manutenção. A porta do wc não fechava no trinco pelo lado de fora, portanto quando o dia clareava, o quarto tb ficava claro. A descarga do banheiro as vezes não enchia, fazendo com que tivesse que usar o banheiro da portaria. A porta do wc rangia horrores acordando as pessoas do quarto, mas isso arrumaram quando reclamei. A maior piscina do complexo estava em reforma por 15 dias. Acho que deveriam ter comunicado no ato da reserva, já que eles tinham essa programação e tinham meu contato. O café da manhã no meu último dia (domingo) foi caótico. Não tinha funcionários para limpeza das mesas, gente esperando, demorava demais a reposição de pratos, xícaras, etc. Como tudo funciona a base de reserva antecipada, acredito que poderiam ter se programado para um bom atendimento. A limpeza do quarto também é fraca. Para utilizar a hidromassagem, tive que limpá-la antes. tinha até cabelo no sugador. Embora tenham frascos de shampoo e sabonete líquido fixos dentro do box, um estava vazio e o outro quebrado. Para suprir deixaram sabonetinhos e shampoo em cima da pia, mas o material quebrado dava ar de desleixo que não condiz com a marca Wyndham. As 2 vezes que entraram para "arrumar" o quarto apenas arrumaram a cama e ainda lançaram consumo de item do quarto que não tinha sido efetuado. A cama é confortável e tem varal para secar roupas, o que é muito bom. O ar condicionado também estava ok.

Decepcionante

Alta temporada por 4 dias. Fomos em 2 adultos e 2 crianças (2 e 8 anos). Me assustei qndo chegamos no apto: paredes manchadas, piso desgastado, almofadas encardidas, banheiro sujo e a sensação de estar numa acomodação imunda (apesar do perfume lançado no ambiente para dar a sensação de limpeza). No quarto havia uma cama de casal e na sala um sofá cama estreito e desconfortável já montado. Desmontei o sofá cama e dei de cara com lixo e sujeira no piso. Nos cantos baixos das paredes haviam teias de aranha. As piscinas sujas, de água turva, fios de cabelo grudando nos dedos e superlotadas, mais pareciam banheiras. Não há funcionários o suficiente para dar conta das demandas de alta temporada. Serviço de quarto não existe, se vc precisar de cobertor, lençóis ou toalhas extras tem que buscar pessoalmente na recepção. Precisei de berço à noite, ninguém da recepção atende o telefone nesse período, meu marido teve que retirar berço e colchão numa rouparia “abandonada” do andar e montar ele mesmo no quarto. Não existem mesas o suficiente no restaurante para o café da manhã, na maioria das vezes tem fila de espera. O mesmo se enquadra para as mesas na área da piscina, se vc não chegar cedo fica sem. Além disso, existem os preços altamente abusivos: R$45 numa salada de alface, tomate e cebola no bar da piscina; R$14 em 40ml de café com leite (expresso, pq coado na hora é R$21) na Cafeteria; R$95 almoço ou jantar (por pessoa) no restaurante do hotel; as toalhas de piscinas são alugadas.
