Adoramos o hotel, os funcionários são ótimos, muito educados, toda área de lazer eh excelente, voltaremos em breve, temos apenas um crítica construtiva no nosso quarto tinham duas camas a de solteiro era boa, mas a de casal era muito ruim, deveriam trocar os colchões.

Limpeza mal feita.

O pessoal da limpeza deixa a desejar. Não olham para cima e tinha aquelas aranhas e teias pequenas no teto do quarto e do banheiro. Em baixo das camas muita poeira, parece que só passam pano ao redor, nunca arrastam os moveis para limpar. Tivemos que reclamar na portaria. Fora isso, a comida estava ótima! A localização é privilegiada! Tem piscina aquecida. Eu voltaria, mas sempre fazendo uma boa inspeção na limpeza.

A porta do banheiro no quarto estava empenada e para fechar fazia muito barulho. Quarto com vista para lugar nenhum, frigobar vazio e a cama de casal era a junção de duas de solteiro. O café da manhã é fraco.

Excelente Localização com opção de pensão completa

Fiquei muito satisfeita com minha estado, pois o Hotel tem muito boa estrutura com pensão completa, com piscina interna e hidromassagem, piscina externa com toboagua, academia. Houve evento gratuito para os hóspedes toda as noites ( quinta a sábado). A localização é excelente. As vagas de garagem ficam no subsolo. As refeições foram boas. Os funcionários da área de restaurantes trabalhavam muito, pois as 03 refeições eram próximas uma da outra. Eu recomendo.
