Tirando a parte que no site não mostra que existem 2 estacionamentos, tendo que se você quiser guardar seu transporte tem que pagar o estacionamento que na estadia do site mostra que é GRATUITO, isso foi decepcionante mas de resto, hotel bom, limpo e aconchegante.

Atendimento: solicitei chec-in adiantado, que me foi negado pela recepçnao. Isso é normal, pois nõa tem obrigaçnao. Enquanto eu aguardava no lobby as 14h para subir ao quarto notei que estavam dando quartos para outras pessoas que chegaram depois de mim. Fui novamente à recepçnao e falei com outro funcionário. Ele me deu quarto no momento. Enquanto o primeiro me estava negando. Penso quie isso ee uma falha de serviço.
