We thought the apartment was nice but felt slightly dated. Had a problem with the toilet seat but they came and fixed it for us. The main issue we had with the place is that it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. We did a general cleanup ourselves, but appreciate they offered to come clean it for us. The area was very nice, with a grocery store across the street, within walking distance to the mall and subway. The front desk has a WhatsApp number and they respond quickly to anything you need. We would stay there again.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Zona de mucho movimiento nocturno. Bares restaurantes y baladas. El personal excelente. Muy cerca del aeropuerto de Congonhas. Aún así no se escuchan ruidos de motores de aviones, porque está muy bien aislado. Felicitaciones!!

Minha maravilhosa experiência de aniversário solo.
Incrível tudo bem organizado, limpo e confortável. Recepção ótima, sai á noite para dar uma volta já que não pode utilizar a piscina e a mesma estava fechada devido ao horário, porem a recepcionista me fez a gentileza de mostrar e me permitiu gravar fiquei super feliz. Dei nota 4 em conforto porque acho que a coberta deveria ser mais quente e senti um pouco de frio, o café da manhã foi ótimo tudo aconchegante. Comemorei meu aniversário 😊😊 e mesmo no frio me senti muito bem por estar num lugar tão maravilhoso! Obrigado a todos do hotel Allure voltarei mais vezes 😊
