Nice place with friendly staff. The units are quites small, but perfect for 1 person. Best shower I’ve had in years - I wish I had one of those at home. A bit noisy. I was on the 10th floor with the windows shut, and could hear the street traffic and live music from the restaurant downstairs - which was over before 10pm.

Poor Hospitality & Exorbitant Fees
The primary reason for my poor review for this property is because even though the room was ready, they would not let me check in early, at noon. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for checking in early. And even though I was checking out of the hotel very early the following morning (6 AM) and so would overall spend much less than 24 hours in the room.

Na Paulista com a Haddock Lobo fica um excelente restaurante e o café da manhã é servido ali. Tudo muito limpo, novo e organizado. Recomendo.

Ape se encuentra convenientemente ubicado cerca de la estación del metro y de una de las avenidas principales que es la avenida Paulista. En el primer piso se encuentra un restaurante donde ofrecen un buen desayuno y cenas. La habitación tenía un diseño extraño porque tenía un corredor angosto entre la fachada y el baño que arquitectónicamente no entendimos para que dejar aislados unos espacios al final. El baño era amplio y funciona para personas con movilidad reducida. Quizás faltó un tocador o mesa en el baño para dejar los accesorios de aseo dentro del baño. La cocina no tenía jabón ni esponja para lavar los platos. También hizo falta un maletero o espacio para dejar la maleta, solo estaba disponible el escritorio pero esa no es su función. La cama fue cómoda.
