Nice place with friendly staff. The units are quites small, but perfect for 1 person. Best shower I’ve had in years - I wish I had one of those at home. A bit noisy. I was on the 10th floor with the windows shut, and could hear the street traffic and live music from the restaurant downstairs - which was over before 10pm.

Newly renovated apartments. Walkable area and just in front there is a metro station. Parking space available. The only thing is that the matrasses are FIRM.

Poor Hospitality & Exorbitant Fees
The primary reason for my poor review for this property is because even though the room was ready, they would not let me check in early, at noon. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for checking in early. And even though I was checking out of the hotel very early the following morning (6 AM) and so would overall spend much less than 24 hours in the room.

Minha experiência foi muito boa. A equipe foi muito gentil e prestativa e o quarto era muito bom. As únicas coisas que deixaram a desejar foram: barulho e alguns detalhes de limpeza. O barulho que vinha do corredor, como conversas em voz alta e a TV dos quartos em volta me atrapalhava mais do que o ruído vindo da janela. Sobre a limpeza, notei que havia pó em cima do frigobar e que alguns utensílios de cozinha precisavam de uma limpeza melhor. Fora esses detalhes que podem ser melhorados, minha experiência foi ótima e eu seguramente voltaria a me hospedar no Apê Av Paulista.

Sugestão ao proprietários: A unica sugestao q quero deixar e para o banheiro. Necessita de adaptar suportes para por as coisas(artículos pessoais) o unico q senti falta. O hotel tem excelente localização, ponto forte. Um bom restaurante no térreo para todas as refeições. Acomodações OK. Dois pontos fracos é o barulho, mais ainda dependendo da localização do quarto, e a segurança. Milhares de pessoas passam pela Paulista, e qualquer uma, literalmente, pode entrar no prédio e acessar os andares dos quartos. Inclusive pela garagem. Não há qualquer controle na portaria ou elevador. Isso precisa mudar, urgente.

Ficamos quase 10 dias completos no Apê e sinceramente, amamos! No dia que chegamos ficamos no 3 andar, nosso ar não funcionou muito bem durante a noite e no outro dia relatei com um dos funcionários que rapidamente nos remanejou para outro Apê(fomos para o 1311). A limpeza do ambiente estava ótima! Tudo cheiroso e bem organizado. Para quem gosta de ficar na paulista ou proximidades é uma ótima localização. (Fácil acesso a uber, metrô..) Os funcionários sempre muito educados e prestativos. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar no Apê Smart studios| unidade Haddock lobo.

Ótima localização, fácil acesso a diversos restaurantes, bares, padarias e lanchonetes, uma estação de metrô na porta, além de haver um restaurante no próprio prédio que também serve o café da manhã. Por todos os benefícios, o custo é excelente. É um hotel que dá vontade de voltar para se hospedar novamente.
