It's almost like a hotel but you get a studio and most rooms have view in the front and rven back get plenty of light.

Decent enough for the price.

I stayed at a suite but it was across a bar. It was too loud and this was in the afternoon on a weekday. I requested to change rooms and luckily they found me one but a smaller room. The neighbors are noisy as well. The suite was an average of ₱2500 (discounted) then the standard room was I think ₱2200 per night. You would hear knocking and stomping all throughout the evening. They don’t offer cleaning services because it’s an apartment. I stayed at 212. It was quieter but you can still hear loud music. The room is good. Liquid soap and dish soap were empty. They have a stove but you’re not allowed to cook and no kettle because the apartments are fully booked. For the price, you can’t really complain.

Property is a nice budget option. Comfortable bed and hot shower, with good WiFi. Located is a few clocks from the metro Mackenzie stop and Rebublica station. Use good judgement at night but the area is reasonably safe for walking during the day and for foreigners, I would recommend Uber at night.

Great value for what you pay. You get a clean comfortable room with kitchenette, nice bathroom/shower. Not sure how good the walls are as it seems I never had immediate neighbor. Finishing is on the cheap side but new and clean. The NOISE though on Fri n Satsis just unbearable till 1am for the front rooms, so plan accordingly. Not really a smartApe, as though I filled out admission forms in advance with uploaded doc/selfie, still had to go through a length and tedious checkin process having to answer all these questions present docs again so why bother with the pre-checkin?! Dumb, definitely not smart.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, rua movimentada e com vários barzinhos e restaurantes. A limpeza do banheiro estava um pouco precária, tendo sujeiras dentro do box e na pia do banheiro. No último dia o Wi-Fi simplesmente parou de pegar e não retornou mais.

Razoável!

O apartamento era bastante razoável. Ideal para quem vai passar uma noite apenas. O quarto estava com marcas de infiltração nas paredes. O banheiro com bastante lodo nos rejuntes. A cama era confortável. Porém não disponibilizaram lençol ou cobertor para nos cobrimos. O nosso quarto ficava de frente para a rua principal e como é uma rua com muitos bares, o barulho da noite (música, pessoas conversando…) vai todo no quarto. O valor pago condiz com o que oferecem.

Bom para a estadia, mas o barulho insuportável .

O apto em si estava muito bem organizado e limpo. Alguns pontos que devem ser abordados no ato da locação : O local onde esta localizado o apto é bom com relação aos pontos de acesso, mas no que diz respeito ao "conforto" de chegar no local para descansar depois de um dia corrido deixa muito a desejar, o barulho é insuportável, os bares da região não respeitam se quer a lei de silencio, realizando rodas de samba e shows até as 02:00 hs do outro dia. Qto ao apto, bem estruturado com roupas de cama limpas e confortáveis, com relação ao banheiro a agua que sai do chuveiro é muito pouco, fazendo com que o banho demore mais do que o necessário.

Limpeza poderia melhorar

A localização é muito boa, mas caso você tenha um sono leve e ficar nos quartos virados para a rua pode ser que você se incomode bastante. No geral, achei a limpeza do quarto bem mediana e te conto os motivos: estava cheirando a cigarro quando entrei, a pia do banheiro estava totalmente suja, os travesseiros estavam com cheiro de cigarro. A cama não é tão confortável, como era apenas para algumas horas de descanso para mim funcionou.

Minha estadia foi ótima. O quarto é ótimo, bem espaçoso e aconchegante. O check in foi feito rapidamente, porém, atrasou para que pudéssemos entrar no quarto. Este tempo de atraso foi compensado no check out. Nosso quarto ainda estava com um cheiro não muito agradável. O local tem muitos bares e restaurantes. Com som alto até tarde da noite. Não nos incomodou. É próximo de comércios, drogarias e de Uber/carro é bem tranquilo de chegar nos locais No geral, foi uma ótima estadia
