Frustracao em relacao à organização da reserva
Fiz uma reserva para 3 quartos, pois fomos em familia. 2 quartos ficaram próximos e o meu na ala da mata, bem distante. Pedi a realocacao para um quarto proximo da minha família... o hotel não estava cheio e nos colocaram num quarto inferior, com uma vista péssima e cheiro de mofo na escada que dava acesso a ele. Foi frustrante a organizacao dos quartos de minha reserva e a solução que nos foi dada. Esse ponto do atendimento do hotel deixou muito a desejar.

Nossa estadia foi ótima! Atendimento excelente! O quarto é super confortável e espaçoso. Único ponto que poderia melhorar é ter janela no banheiro para ventilar mais e não ficar úmido. A cama é king, beeem macia. As refeições tem uma boa variedade e as bebidas de máquina são incluídas. Tinham atividades de recreação para crianças e tb adultos. Fizemos uma degustação de vinho que foi muito legal!

Lugar incrivel, com muitas opções de lazer. Atendimento fantástico desde a recepção na travessia do estacionamento para o hotel. Local incrivel no meio da Mantiqueira. Nos hospedamos nesse Resort a 8 anos e somos surpreendidos a cada hospedagem. Agradecimentos desde a travessia do estacionamento, aos menisnos e meninas da recepção, aos meninos que trabalham no transporte interno, ao pessoal da alimentação em geral e principalmente aos tios da recreação, que cuidam das crianças para que os pais, tios e avós, possam desfrutar ainda mais de toda área do Resort. Como sempre nossa estadia foi incrível, pois o local é incrível e maravilhoso. O excelente atendimento já começa na travessia de barco, depois se extende para o pessoal da recepção, aos rapazes que nos auxiliam com os carrinhos para nos levar trazer dos apto, a todos do restaurante, aos tios que cuidadam das crianças com muito carinho e Amor.

A experiência foi ótima. Funcionários atenciosos, prestativos, simpáticos. Instalações muito boas. Local excelente para diversão, lazer, relaxamento. Comida no geral boa. 2 pontos negativos: - não tem água potável disponível pelo hotel. Recebemos só 2 garrafas de 500ml na entrada e depois precisamos ficar comprando no hotel Com custo de 6,50 cada garrafa. Não tem garrafas maiores do que 500ml. - academia com baixa infraestrutura. Aparelhos velhos, enferrujados, danificados. Pouca diversidade de aparelhos. Deveriam investir em infra estrutura, afinal atividade física tbm faz parte de saúde, bem estar, relaxamento e qualidade de vida.
