Excelente localização, ótimo custo benefício.
Localização privilegiada, região de fácil acesso, tranquila, muita conveniência nas proximidades, bares, padarias, mercados, shoppings, tudo em um raio máximo de 1km, pessoal, de uma forma geral, muito atencioso e prestativo, WI-FI bom, boa academia, excelente custo benefício para a região. Pequenos detalhes de limpeza e conservação, mas que não comprometem o conforto.

Boa localização, flat confortável e bom serviço. Houve por duas noites uma revista no meu carro, o que o manobrista desejava eu não sei, também não sei se ele se apossou de algo, mas é inaceitável uma ocorrência como esta. Reclamei na recepção as duas vezes.

Buenas instalaciones comunes, bar, gym, sauna, pero apartamento muy viejo y poco equipado, el baño necesita una reforma urgente y el armario era un depósito de toallas, sábanas y papel. No había espacio para dejar nada.

Great location, didn’t like the room so much
It’s a very nice flat. Great cost benefit. But I’ve faced some annoying things. Couldn’t put my clothes in the wardrobe cause it was used as storage. Lighting wasn’t good enough at night when I had to work. However, I would stay again if needed.

Excellent service from Paulo Domingos Polubriaginof , I would personally thank you as he helped me to send me back a jacket I forget in the hotel, he arrenged for me kindly all logistic..Never had kind of such treatement from hotel. Hotel agradable cerca de WTC Sao Paulo.
Fue una estancia muy placentera para mi reciente visita de negocios a Sao Paulo. El personal del hotel es muy agradable y servicial. Cuentan con transporte gratuito al WTC lo cual simplificó mi jornada. Muy recomendable!
