Highly recommend and will stay again

I had a great experience at this hotel. It is well located, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. The only issue I encountered was that the shower took a while to warm up. I mentioned this to the staff, and they assured me they would address the problem. The breakfast was good as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Falta de secador de cabelo nos quartos

O grande problema é a falta de secador de cabelo nos quartos. O único disponível na recepção não pode ficar com o hóspede durante a estadia, sendo necessário solicitar todos os dias — e muitas vezes ele já está em uso por outra pessoa. Cheguei a ter que esperar outra hóspede devolver para poder usar. Fora isto o hotel seria perfeito, novo/reformado, pequeno e tranquilo.

Chuveiro elétrico Cortina de plástico que molhava todo o Banheiro Sem restaurante no hotel Nada para pedir tem que pedir iFood !!!!! Por esse preço não vale de jeito nenhum Precisei de abridor de vinho e demoraram muito para arrumar um !!! Enfim terrível

A estadia foi ótima. Fui fazer uma prova de concurso no Mackenzie e a localização foi ótima, apenas algumas quadras da entrada da prova. O quarto é muito confortável e espaçoso e o chuveiro é ótimo. O café da manhã não é em sistema de buffet, mas o menu é bem gostoso e as porções são de um tamanho legal. Pra mim foi mais que o suficiente, só sugiro oferecer uma opção de ovos a parte e sem cobrança.
