Incredible stay, delicious breakfast and ofcourse they have dinner buffet on charge but delicious food!!! Definitely will stay here again when I come to Sao paulo again, my case was stay overnight for my long connection less than 10 minutes way from Guarulhos airport with free transferred from airport to the hotel and back it is perfect!

The room is small and air conditioner was right on top of me sleeping. I woke up with a terrible pain in my neck. I turned it up so it would not make a noise and blow cold air on me. Because there are no windows that open, one is forced to use air conditioners

Front desk Employee at check in (female with black hair) was very rude to me and my family. Our flight was delayed and I didn't want my 80 year old mother and kids to wait in airport all day. We only rented the room until our flight was ready and were not sleeping there or staying overnight. This employee kept calling our room and saying we had to rent a second room. We were not making noise or causing problems. She said my mother (who uses a rollator mobility device) would have to wait in the lobby from 2pm when we checked in, until she left for her flight at 5pm because she was not on the reservation. She kept calling the room and threatening to put an extra charge on my bill when we were only waiting for our delayed flight. The male employee at the front desk that came in after her was extremely polite and helpful.

This is an adequate stay with friendly, welcoming staff and an adequate breakfast buffet. There were little ants in the bathroom and mold in the shower and sink. Also the air conditioner started to leak water as I was leaving.
