Good Only For Short Stay
I had a 12-hour layover in São Paulo and needed a place to shower and rest for a bit. This hotel was good for that and service at the front desk was courteous. It is, however, extremely basic (closer to a hostel) and not in a good area of town. I appreciated that the front desk person watched until I got into my Uber before walking back in (I left at 3 AM).

Hotel razoável, para descansar a trabalho poucos dias atende. Não oferece estacionamento como diz no anuncio, ar condicionado precisa de uma limpeza e melhorar a iluminação do banheiro pois a noite na parte do banho fica escuro.

Acabou Sendo tão Ruim quanto Insinuado
Tudo é muito simples e pequeno, o que destoa é o guarda-roupas grande com portas e gavetas, enfim, mais que suficiente para guardar as bagagens de uma pessoa. A luz em frente estava queimada, deixando o mesmo escuro. Uma bancada, abaixo da TV e de um espelho, muito pequena e curta. A bancada era muito alta para usar o teclado. Não havia tomadas próximas. A cadeira não tinha rodinhas e qualquer ajuste. Faltou a sempre bem-vinda armação para se colocar a mala, então fui obrigado a coloca-la no chão. As poucas tomadas estavam mal localizadas longe de bancadas e do criado mudo. O frigobar era pequeno. O ar-condicionado de janela faz do hóspede o termostato, ou seja: esquentou, liga; esfriou, desliga. Na TV apenas canais abertos. A internet wifi é lenta, instável e com quedas constantes a qualquer horário do dia. O cofre dentro do guarda-roupas não funcionava. A janela é das antigas que deixava passar som e claridade. Além do blecaute, faltou uma cortina, clara e opaca, que permitisse a entrada de luz natural e ao mesmo tempo protegesse a privacidade. O colchão afundava demais. Levei meu próprio travesseiro. O lençol, por não ser de elástico, estava sempre fora do lugar. Havia um cobertor no guarda-roupas. Pequenas baratinhas. O café da manhã é triste. Também não tinha lâmpadas no espelho do banheiro. A falta de uma cortina ou box, após o banho, fazia com que todo o quarto ficasse sujo.

Bem fraco. E eu nem ligo muito pra hotel, pois não passo muito tempo nele, eu passo o dia na rua passeando, só quero uma cama pra descansar no final do dia. Mas já no primeiro dia depois do cansaço da viagem e do passeio do dia, com a mala já desfeita, pronto pra tomar banho e descansar, tive refazer pra mudar de quarto por falta d'água no quarto onde eu estava. Foi bem chato isso. No mais, café da manhã fraco também. Atendimento agradável.
