Awful location
Such a shame about this hotel. The room and breakfast was nice however the area is awful. Did not feel safe at all during the stay, noise constantly even through the night as music was blaring from outside. Barely slept the 2 nights we were there. When walking around it was dirty and uncomfortable. I don’t think a hotel should be in this area especially for tourists as it ruined our trip to São Paulo and do not want to return. The young men at reception were very helpful getting our bus tickets.

simple but nice hotel near the city centre. the surroundings are maybe not the safest, but I did not experience any problem.

O saguão de recepção era limpo e o restaurante também. O problema, pelo menos no meu caso, foi o quarto. A parede estava suja com alguma coisa amarela escorrida. E o vaso parecia sujo.

Péssimo banheiro sujo de mais tive que tomar banho gelado não esquenta água um frio em São Paulo temperatura 7* eu minha equipe Ficamos em 4 pessoas chegou às 4 da manhã o barulho que as pessoas fizerem da Cracolândia é demais um griteiro tá Loko nunca mais volto aí um vergonha vc chegar não ter banho quente e nem morno não ter coberta ter um edredom fino banheiro sujo na onde que faz um 3 anos que ninguém lava o banheiro péssimo hotel
