OK, but not a good location.
The room was fine although basic, with minimal furniture. Breakfast was good. I suspect the street was much more attractive when the hotel was built. now it is shabby and noisy at night. I'm glad my room was not at the front of the building.

Hotel simples mas bem organizado. Estao fazendo reformas que vão melhorar o hotel. Camas limpas e organizadas. No banheiro oferece comodidades como sabonetes e uma toalha a qual deve ser devolvida no momento do checkout. Faltou ducha higiênica no banheiro. Hotel bem simples e com preços baratos.

Estadia de 4 dias no Plaza Olido: Agosto/2024
O hotel apresenta quartos bem espaçosos, tanto o de solteiro quanto o de casal. Porém, são pouco funcionais (poderia ter mais armários/cabides/estantes/nichos pra pendurar roupas e organizar os itens da viagem. O banheiro não tem uma porta que possa fechar, diminuindo a privacidade. No quarto que me hospedei tinha um cheiro bem forte de cigarro. Após 1 das trocas de toalha, elas vieram sujas. Durante minha hospedagem faltou luz no bairro e o prédio não conta com gerador de emergência, ou seja, ficamos sem chuveiro elétrico e sem elevador também, que tornou a descida bem problemática, principalmente para pessoas idosas que tiveram que ir de escada. Os 2 elevadores (e o prédio em si) aparentam ser bem velhos, com algumas partes dele quebradas ou rachadas. Eu havia lido alguns comentários do começo do ano avisando que o prédio estava em reforma e até o momento continua, com um cheiro forte de tinta em algumas partes. Por fim, embora seja bem localizado, próximo do metrô da República, na rua do Hotel não entra carro então tem que andar um pouco pra pegar Uber. E a rua, localizada no centro de São Paulo, é bastante perigosa, com muitos moradores de rua, além de em algumas noites ter música alta nos arredores.

sempre me hospedo no olido, mas tem alguns itens que são extremamente necessários por se tratar de um hotel simples mas acolhedor: banheiro neste apto que fiquei não tinha janela, não tinha uma saboneteira nem prateleira, resumo vc tinha que deixar sabonete, esponja de banho e xampu no chão do box! muito desconfortável! uma simples prateleirinha resolveria esse problema, sem contar as toalhas degastadas.

Muito precario. Colchões velhos imundos. Roupas de cama velhas . Toalhas de banho péssimas (pequenas, ralas e com cheiro ruim). Graças a Deus levei as minhas. Não tinha toalha de rosto. Muito sujo . Nã retiram nem o lixo do banheiro. Nunca mais volto. Não recomendo pra ninguém. Sufiro à vcs q o retirem dos indicados oelo site.

Lamentável
Hotel em reforma. Muita sujeira e barulho. Hotel fica localizado numa região perigosa, apesar de haver policiamento. O atendimento no café da manhã foi péssimo. Me cobraram por um ovo frito e eles desligam a TV no horário que o hóspede está tomando o café. Apesar de ventilador, o hotel não dispõe de sistema de ar quente para amenizar o frio.
