It is a very old property. It is the only hotel which refuses to provide a kettle, a plate or anything to its visitors. Its front office staff is not helpful at all.

Disappointing hotel
Not impressed with this hotel at all. The rooms were very old and run down. The three and a half star rating it was given was far from it. The staff were friendly enough and quite helpful. The food was not very nice. The neighbourhood was not a safe one and the noise from the traffic and the people on the street made it difficult to sleep, even though I was on the 11th floor. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for more than a one star rating.

Tivemos uma boa estadia.
Lugar bom, quarto simples, tudo bem limpo e organizado, ótimo atendimento, localização é mais ou menos, devido a Cracolândia, porém nossa estadia foi muito boa, deve tomar cuidado com celular na mão nas ruas, parte boa da localização, próxima da 25 podendo ir a pé e pra que quer conhecer vários lugares de São Paulo, como fica no centro é bom o acesso para todos os lados.
