Our stay started off fine, but an issue with the door mechanism resulted in a room change which was a down grade. New room the safe didn't work, under the sink counter in the bathroom dark mar marks on the wall. Since this was where the toilet paper bin was I could only imagine what caused them. Also fould a red mark on the pillow case. Our last night I placed 2 towels on the floor to be replaced. I contacted the front desk twice to get at least one new bath towel and after a lot of promises we got nothing. If customer service is important to you then I would skip this hotel. The breakfast buffet was good and the staffs there are very efficient.
