Bad check in and information
At check in the clerk couldn’t find my confirmed booking. He kept telling me I needed to book another reservation. He eventually found my reservation after about 30 minutes. Also, he said I can leave the car parked outside the hotel, I was told later by another clerk that it is restricted at certain times of the day. I would have gotten a ticket!

O hotel no geral tem um custo beneficio muito bom. O problema achei que não tinha nenhum copo no quarto para beber água e quando eu liguei na recepção pedindo falaram que eu tinha que descer para buscar. Também achei pires de xícaras sujos na pilha de limpos.

O hotel é incrível, ótima localização. A única questão que gostaríamos de comentar é que o colchão é muito mole, hoje afunda na cama. Outra questão é que o local do café da manhã é muito barulhento, muito mesmo!

Um pouco alto para o que oferece.
O hotel é antigo, então não dá para se exigir muito, porém a limpeza estava boa. Meu quarto ficava ao lado do elevador, então ele sempre fazia barulho ao subir e descer.
