Ótimo

Hotel limpo, organizado, funcionários educados. Café da manhã excelente com muitas opções, inclusive saudáveis. Próximo ao aeroporto (se tiver somente com bolsa ou mala de mão da pra ir a pé), mas é tranquilo qto ao barulho de aviões, não incomoda. Numa próxima visita a São Paulo, com certeza será minha opção de hospedagem.

Terrible service!

Terrible stay. The restaurant was not able to give me an invoice about my dinner. They told me I could ask uring the check-out. In the check-out, I was informed I should go to the restaurant and ask them. In the final I did not get my invoice and restaurant was telling the reception desk was the guilty and vice-versa
