toilet flush broken

we especially encountered problem of toilet because toilet flush was broken and we called the service..he said he did it well but flush remained broken during our stay

Hotel para compras ótimo, para estadias longas não

Hotel com estrutura precária e improvisada (recepção e café da manhã) voltada para atender especificamente pessoas que vão no Brás para estadias rápidas. Pessoal atende com muita atenção, mas o hotel está em local improvisado no meio de um shopping. Demora no elevador, banheiro com água vazando do box, camas antigas, barulho das camareiras gritando no corredor bem cedo, porque as pessoas que se hospedam lá saem para compras a partir da madrugada.

Para quem quer ficar na região da feirinha da madrugada, shoppings, a localização é ótima. Porém, o quarto hotel cheio de mini baratas (matamos pelo menos 10), café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções.
