Hotel novo , quarto bom , serviço complicado
Hotel tem poucos meses , feito para eventos , 100 quartos , quartos são loft com cama em cima e banheiro embaixo . Limpeza ok , piscina muito boa , comida café da manhã nota 6, paos duros e frios , não tem torradeira , ovos apenas mexidos na panela , máquina café espresso de pó que não funcionava. Direito . Serviço muito inexperiente . Música André bocelli alta demais para um café da manhã . Almoço mesma música alta , comida estava boa , mas preços caros para um hotel desse porte . 98 reais por um medalhão de filet mignon de 100 g e um risoto branco . Carta de vinhos pobre . Levei meu vinho , a garçonete nem sabia abrir , abri meu próprio vinho e cobraram 150 reais de rolha !!! Esse é o preço que pago no Fasano ! Não me avisaram da cobrança . Reclamei no check out e falaram que estava num papel no quarto… muito feio isso… taças de vidro … nem cristal eram . Carro fica em vaga descoberta . Acredito que o gerente mude sua gestão se quiser ter uma ocupação média anual mais alta e hóspedes recorrentes . Treinar melhor sua brigada e encantar mais o cliente esse hotel vai crescer muito

Uma excelente surpresa. O Hotel é muito novo, e surpreende agradavelmente em todos os aspectos. Equipe eficiente, atenciosa e simpática, localização excelente, com uma linda vista, arquitetura primorosa, conforto, praticidade. O hotel é plano, e o acesso aos quartos é muito fácil. Os quartos contam contam com pia e bancada de cozinha, o que é um bônus. Cama, colchão, travesseiros, toalhas e chuveiro excelentes. Recomendo sem restrições. Café da manhã muito bom, também. E para arrematar, a vista é linda.

Lugar muito bonito, porém com algumas obs… os quartos de entrada que são os que ficam ao lado da recepção eu achei muito mal projetado… o quarto possui um mezanino que é onde fica a cama de casal e na parte de baixo que fica a Tv e o banheiro, pra resumir… deitado na cama vc não assiste televisão. E se precisar ir ao banheiro de madrugada, vai ter que descer escadas… até dei um sugestão e dou aqui tbm, pq não colocam o sofá pra cima e descem com a cama? Ficaria bem melhor… fica a sugestão. Fora isso, hotel é maravilho, café da manhã bem gostoso tbm. Outra coisa é o horário do café que é a partir das 7:00. Pra quem está a trabalho, um pouco tarde.

Hotel recém inaugurado, muito bonito, tudo novinho Tem estacionamento, piscina climatizada, sauna. A área externa é muito bonita.e agradável, tem fontes, piso sensorial, lateira externa no jardim. Funcionários atenciosos. O quarto que eu peguei a cama fica no piso superior e o banheiro no terreo, então para quem tem dificuldades para subir escadas melhor pegar outro tipo de suite. Café da manhã muito bom. Foi muito agradável a estadia, voltaria a me hospedar aqui.
